By accessing or using the services provided by MAS AI SEO (a brand of TECHMASWORLD INFOTECH PVT. LTD.), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
Services
MAS AI SEO specializes in Enterprise AI Search Optimization Implementation, including but not limited to Schema Markup, Entity SEO, Knowledge Graph creation, AEO, GEO, and LLM Optimization. We structure data to ensure generative AI models correctly interpret and present your business.
Consultation Process & Client Responsibilities
Before commencing any work, we undergo a rigorous consultation and audit process. Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, access to necessary platforms (CMS, hosting, Google Search Console), and prompt feedback during the development phases.
Quotes, Pricing, & Payments
All quotes provided are valid for 30 days. Pricing is structured based on the complexity of the Knowledge Graph and the scale of the implementation. Payments must be made according to the schedule outlined in your specific contract agreement. Late payments may result in a pause of services.
Project Timeline & Revisions
Estimated timelines are provided in good faith. Delays in client feedback or access may extend the project timeline. Standard implementation contracts include two rounds of revisions for structured data architecture before final deployment.
Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
Upon full payment, the client retains ownership of the implemented schema markup and JSON-LD code on their website. We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your business strategies, proprietary data, and internal systems accessed during the audit process.
Third-Party Services & Service Availability
Our optimization strategies interact with third-party LLMs (ChatGPT, Google Gemini, etc.) and search engines. We do not guarantee specific rankings or hallucinations generated by these third-party systems, as their algorithms are entirely out of our control. We guarantee the structural integrity and validation of the data we provide.
Limitation of Liability & Termination
TECHMASWORLD INFOTECH PVT. LTD. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Either party may terminate the contract with a 30-day written notice if the other party breaches these terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically under the jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
